Marcos Miján is a Spanish director, screenwriter, and producer whose career bridges feature documentaries, high-end commercial campaigns, and globally resonant visual storytelling. Trained in film direction at ECAM in Madrid and FEMIS in Paris, he moved to China in 2004, where he lived and worked for 15 years. There, he became fluent in Mandarin, directed seven feature-length documentaries and three short films, and began collaborating with leading brands and agencies across continents.

Since 2017, Miján has brought his cinematic vision into advertising, creating campaigns for Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Dior, Montblanc, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Nissan, and other global names. He has partnered with agencies such as Anomaly Los Angeles, 72&Sunny Amsterdam, Publicis Beijing, and Ogilvy Hong Kong. His work has been honored at the D&AD Awards, Epica Awards, London International Awards, ADC Awards, and more.

Miján’s style is defined by cinematic visual poetry, meticulous composition, and dynamic storytelling. He favors music, montage, and atmosphere over exposition, crafting pieces that feel before they explain. His multicultural background informs a “placeless” visual language—sophisticated yet accessible, free from clichés, and universally engaging. Influenced by Terrence Malick, Wong Kar-Wai, and Spike Jonze, his films blend elegance and energy, distilling brand essence into emotionally charged moments.

我生于西班牙,先后于马德里ECAM和巴黎FEMIS学习影视制作。毕业后,我参与执导了如RTVE和ARTE等一些欧洲电视台的纪录片和娱乐节目。

2004年我来到中国,执导CCTV-9文化相关类型的影片。而后我转到搜狐网,制作了一系列关于08年北京奥运会和10年上海世博会的节目。2010年,我开始接一些独立的项目,制作了许多专题纪录片、微电影以及品牌宣传片。我与中央电视台、上海电视台、沙特电视台以及半岛电视台共同制作的6部专题片,已在世界各地的电影节上映,并在国际间广泛传播。在商业广告方面,我已经和保时捷、福特、林肯、Inditex、AMG,Telefonica,德尔福,华为,Beiqi,中国石化等多个品牌及4A公司合作,为它们的目标受众拍摄制作相关影片。
